We have many different types of people in our lives. Some are welcome, others are not. Do you find yourself stuck in an unpleasant situation or an unhealthy encounter that continues to persist? Want to know how to move away from toxic situations? Here are a few valuable tips:


VIBRATE SO HIGH THAT THE TOXIC PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE FALL BACK BECAUSE THEY NO LONGER KNOW HOW TO APPROACH YOU.


The question you may be asking is how does one raise their vibration?


Here is an effective tool. It is simple. It works when you use it. I suggest that you practice these tools consistently. (Set a reminder on your phone!)


1. Begin by breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth like your breathing out into a straw. Do this a few times or as long as your need.

2. Ask: What are some things I am grateful for? Put yourself in the “feeling tone” of gratitude. Feel it. Be truly thankful for the many blessings.


3. Ask: Who can I forgive today? If you’re breathing and you’re alive there is some thing or someone to forgive. It could be a situation, institution or yourself or another person.


Using your breath followed by gratitude and forgiveness is a powerful practice. As you practice these tools you will begin to shift your vibration and your frequency. You will begin to attract toward you others that match your frequency. You will notice how easily you move away from toxic situations with a low vibration and low frequency. They no longer are a match to who you are.


Practice. Practice. Practice. IT WORKS.
